Founded in New York in 2024, Missi Archives offers a thoughtfully curated collection of vintage clothing, accessories, jewelry, and home goods.

The name “Missi” means beauty queen (or pageant queen) in Finnish, translating Missi Archives to “beauty queen archives.” The name "Missi" holds a special personal significance as it was also the name of our founder's first cat, adding an extra layer of meaning to the brand. Our founder, originally from Finland, has worked in various roles in the fashion and luxury fashion industry. She draws inspiration for Missi Archives from Scandinavian fashion and the dynamic street style of New York. 

Missi Archives started out as a selection of items from the founder’s personal closet, and has since grown into a collection of unique vintage items that have been sourced across the world.  

Our collection is driven by a passion for sustainability, and draws inspiration primarily from 90s and early 2000s fashion, with touches of 80s maximalism.
